Troy introduced me to the concept early on of a "Hero Post". I have reposed mine two or three times since June 2025 when I firist moved to Substack from Medium.com. Troy helped me scale the learning curve and gave me the encouragement needed to continue. Today I have close to 250 subscribers and better ... have developed what I call my Substack Family, people I care for, learn from, enjoy reading, amd with whom I exchange comments and ideas. So thank you Substack, thank you readers, thank you Troy! I will eagerly begin working a new piece for "Q-Stack HERO Project". I also like the idea of pinning my current HERO to the top of my page.
